Peer pressure :(

we all experience peer pressure. Whether it’s for a competition, relationships or completing a task to look cool. There are lots of different forms of peer pressure But either way it end badly with f you let the pressure get to you. If the class is pressuring you to kiss or hug your gf/bf you will probably give up to them. These kids tell you to do something bad to someone and egg you on that is also peer pressure.

I myself hate peer pressure especially when my enemies get involved. I have this enemy who used to be my best friend and she knew everything about me. From my anxiety to my 2nd cousins who I’m ashamed of (Don’t ask why). And if I’m being peer pressured and she joins in then I go into a state of panic and I do it because I don’t want to look cowardly.

There is always something that will drive you insane about peer pressure and the thing that annoys me is when people don’t like it when it’s them but do it to you. Also when they know that you try to please everyone so you ware bound to give way.

Have you been a victim of peer pressure? How do you respond to it? Do you have any regrets for letting the pressure get to you?

vibes for 2017!!

Last year I think we can agree it was a rubbish year. Celebrities dying, terrorism, and some younger people starting puberty (worst years of anyone’s life).

Well last year I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and started opening up to people about my problems. I would like to say that I could the same this year, but I feel like if I do then I will be betrayed or overheard.

This is what it feels like everyday but we carry on like normal.
I somehow got my anxiety under some kind of control  but now I feel like all the strategies I used will go straight out the window.

Have you had any bad vibes for this year? Do have any advice for panic attacks? Do you think this year will be better?

New yrs resolutions

So last year I posted about this subject and you will be happy to know I completed it for most of the year. Last year my New Years resolution was about my anxiety. Well now I’ve completed it I can have normal resolutions like a normal person e.g. Give up chocolate (never going to happen ).

So instead of giving up chocolate I’m giving up sweets and hopefully soon I’m gonna start running.

I’m not sure how I’m going to complete giving up sweets because I’m the only one in the house that eats candy canes. But nevermind, I’m sure I can cope, even though it took me a year to eat all of them last time.

What is your New Years resolution? Will you take on the challenge of giving up chocolate?
